So I'm new to Dynamics and I was thinking about purchasing this book, however I can't tell how well it covers integration using MS Dynamics Online (the hosted only version). I was thinking integrating Dynamics with my website (vpasp based), but I'm not ready to buy a server license. Do you know if this book covers writing web services for the online version? Is it even possible to write a SOAP xml service using the online client only (to send order from a website to CRM and/or pull orders from a SQL Table and send them to another web service)?
