I was involved in difficult situation there were problems with mails and perhaps more than,and for me helped-how to repair .pst file manually,it has free status as far as I know,also software recover corrupted files with *.ost and *.pst extensions,can help you to extract all messages and contacts, your mailbox will be completely restored,can preview the results and see, which messages can be repaired successfully with Outlook .pst file repair program,can save the results to their hard drives or any other removable media,supports extracting of *.vcf, *.eml and *.txt formats,also possible to convert recovered data to a file with *.pst extension, that can be opened by any email client, compatible with Microsoft Outlook.

If you have problems with Outlook files,then advise try-outlook cannot view e-mails,application is free as far as I know,it can help to extract all files with *.eml, *.vcf and *.txt extensions from *.ost file, when you cannot access your mail account, stored on Microsoft Exchange Server,will quickly scan all hard drives and find it. If current user has only one profile and its data is stored in a *.pst file, the path will be automatically displayed in the dialog box,can convert the data to a file with *.pst extension, that can be opened with any mail client, when cannot view Outlook emails.

I had the same problem in my Vista Business, but your solution did not work. It turned out that in my registry at the key that you provided, there should be a subgroup for the program you specify as default Mail program. I had no 'Microsoft Outlook' subgroup, even though it was installed.

The solution in my case was to go to Control Panel / Default Programs and click on "Set program access and computer defaults". It will ask for administrator clearance. There, in the custom group, choose 'Microsoft Office Outlook' as default email program and click OK. Now the CRM wizard will pass the check.
